About Me

Hey there,

I'm so glad to meet you.

I'm Greg Isenberg. I'm the CEO of Late Checkout, a holding company with a portfolio of internet businesses. We start each business as an internet audience or community.

I believe that when you have a strong community behind a business, good things happen.

Some of the internet things I've created in the past:

5by — acquired by StumbleUpon by the Co-Founder of Uber, Garrett Camp. At the time, StumbleUpon was one of the largest social networks by traffic. That got me to move from my hometown of Montreal to San Francisco.

Islands — acquired by WeWork. I was briefly the Head of Product Strategy of WeWork. Good times...

WallStreetSurvivor — the largest stock market game on the internet (sold to PE group).

TikTok, Reddit — I advised these companies on product and growth as they scaled. I've built probably another 100+ things that went nowhere.

"But I believe that if you aren't shipping, you aren't learning. I learn through putting products out there in the world."

I share my real-time insights on my newsletter and jam business ideas on my podcast.

It's really nice to meet you.

I'm looking forward to getting to know you better.

See you soon.

Steve Butler
